My favorite tricks

  • I absolutely LOVE to freeze food and drinks. Bananas, strawberries, grapes, orange juice, diet coke, etc. It's a sweet treat plus your body burns calories while digestion.
  • The rubber band trick. Wear a rubber band on your wrist and everytime you think about foods you shouldn't snap it! It really helps me to think of food negatively. I wrote "eat less" on mine in different languages so only i know what it says.
  • Keep a measuring tape - no, not a metal one- handy. When your alone, measure yourself to see how your doing.
